Do you accept returns and refunds?

  • No, unfortunately I cannot accept refunds or returns. (Unless ordered internationally)
  •  I am also not responsible for any damage to the product that happens during delivery. I apologize in advance.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

  • If you contact me in time then there is a chance I can alter the order, but it is not guaranteed. I cannot change the order when it has been dispatched.

What do I do if I haven't received my package?

  • If you haven't received a package please contact me.
